Contrary to the other tip, we have bought all our furniture here and have always had great customer service. We recommend Steinhafel's to all our friends and they have also been pleased.

Good sales folks BUT I went to pick something and a sales woman looked at me and ran past me without any acknowledgement

I' have been sitting on a couch for about five minutes with three employees within 30 feet. No acknowlegement from anyone!

Asked the salesperson in the dining area to show me drop leaf tables. Pretty quickly realized he had no idea what that was.

Not good customer service at all. Walked the entire store and not greeted by any associate. This was at lunch hour when they were dead. If c.s. is a must, I suggest another location.
