Together with its sister pubs Red Squirrel and The Southern, they serve possibly the best burgers in Edinburgh! Great selection of draft beers! Oh and Innis and Gunn! Nuff said!

Tons of unique and tasty burgers. Highly enjoyed the haggis and the venison. Great selection of craft beers as well. The staff is very friendly and efficient.

The burgers are delicious and I would recommend the sour dough bun. There is a large selection of beers on tap which can be served in thirds.

The italienne burger. They told me its lighter. It was not :). Amazing food, nice waitresses, friendly service. Totallly worthy to spend some time here. If comming in evening make reservation. Cheers

One of our regular stops whenever we're on Edinburgh, great pub atmosphere with tonnes of beer options and solid pub food. Try the haggis burger, it's worth it!

Went there after a hike to Arthur's seat. The Pioneer Burger was truly delicious. The Draft beer wall was impressing, I went for mulled wine tho due to the cold weather.

Dog friendly. Very dog friendly. Treats and water provided without asking. As for the human food.... Amazing burgers!!! Try the chilli burger and a beer. Yum.
