Wi-Fi is really free. For 60min. But normally this is ok. Good organized airport. If you Swiss is in time short layovers are manageable.

Need a shower? Pick up keys in the Family Office near Transfer A and head over to the toiletts in walkthrough to Gates B1-10. Open 6:30-22:00 for 15CHF.

Очень тихий аэропорт, ночью ничего не работает. Информационный отдел с 6 до 9, обед 2 часа. Ппц трудоголики 

Took a 15min taxi ride and charged over 30 francs. Swiss prices are really impressive!! Use the public transport if possible which is only acceptably expensive!!

I don't if know if there's a better airport in Europe. Copenhagen is close, all others far behind.

Terrible airport if your phone doesn’t have roaming data. You need to find the rare airport kiosks that will validate your boarding pass and give you a code in order to connect to the internet.

Prior to arrival from shengen airports on small commuter flights have your cost or umbrella ready. You have to take bus often

A gates, long queue in security? Just go underneath for gates A70 or higher and backtrack a bit. Security there normally much emptier!

Only first hour of WiFi is free. Then you can pay by card. Internet is quite fast though.

Don't change money in airport ! Exchange rate is a scam ! Changing CHF in my country to local currency save me 90 usd on a 1000 CHF.

Bathrooms are clean. Exit for non Eu and Swiss nationals are ridiculous. To head to baggage claim we had to wait on a 2hrs+ line@with barely any air circulation. Horrendous airport. 👎👎👎

Didn´t stay very long but I it seems to be a top class airport. Clean and quite! Expensive drinks, but I didn´t expect anything else...
