Katie BakerMai 19, 2014It's all good. The brisket is sweet-n-thick and the pork is mustard-n-vinegar, in case that helps you decide. (The fried chicken is boneless, delicious, and frequently sold out.)
The burger is so simple but JUST SO TASTY!!! I love it more every time I eat it 😋. Must be eaten immediately upon ordering, or all the juiciness seeps out and makes the bun fall apart 😕

- Any time they have the smothered/loaded fries on special (this is the short rib version), get them!
Eat here. Spicy fries are a must. Pork shoulder, grits+egg sandwich, slaw were all A+. So-so on spicy sausage.

Some of the best brisket and fried mac and cheese I've had. Coleslaw is vinegar-based which I'm less of a fan of.
