Saigon's temple of cool. Great design, great clothes & eat the Vietnamese caramelised pork baguette. A must visit.
Street food without the street. Sanitized and in a breezy villa, the nosh is pretty decent so go here for food if you fear parasites on the street.
Great value given location and quality. I like the design better than Intercon even though Sofitel is cheaper. Might be best value 5 star in town.
Loads of ambience, massive ceilings, plush couches, piano, the works. Come here with a book for some peace. Or get a drink at the bar.
Typical cookie cutter Intercon decor but a fairly well respected business hotel in these parts. Stay here if you don't want to shell out for the Park Hyatt.
Some of the cocktails are not very pleasant but design-wise this place is tops. Get a booth.
Not the best Thai massage I've ever had but this spa is beautifully appointed. The relaxation area is great as is the side door leading to the pool deck. Come early to use the facilities.
A strong contender for world's best meal for under US $1. Grilled pork rilette banh mi with the wonderful sauce/chilli/herbs mix. She opens around 5ish but is sometimes there earlier. Get on it.
I'm not saying this goes anywhere close to authentic Middle Eastern fare but who cares? The al fresco seats make for great people watching & the service was wonderful when I visited.
Good for a late night banh mi. They're open 24 hours but beware: they run out or bread rolls, in which case you have to make do with terrible Wonder White.
The coffee is pretty bad, the 'bubbles' water doesn't actually have any bubbles & the staff are pretty clueless but the space looks great - just lower your expectations.
Not a classic banh mi by any means, nor as cheap as a cart on the street, but neither of these facts should dissuade you from eating a great sandwich here.
