Be sure to tour the entire Audubon Swamp Garden. We enjoyed it even more than the main grounds of the plantation. Amazing wildlife, great for photowalks!

There is a small bike path over the bridge where you can walk along and see the breathtaking view of Charleston, the harbor and the sea from a height of 200ft.
Best to take the ferry from Patriot Point so you can also see a great naval museum. Also instead of walking around, its best to follow the ranger tour so you can learn the most from the experience
