Eduardo ColleJuin 18, 2014This is one of the worst airlines I've ever used. Their website says a thing and at the check in they'll do another. They have a baggage embargo and won't let you know even if you check-in in advance.

They fly about as many flights per day as United, but have fewer frequent flyers at the top level, so you're more likely to get an upgrade
