Great ocean views...best hotel in this tiny beach town. You can rent beach chairs and umbrella and have an outside bar with restrooms right there.

"Ocean view" is not the same as "Ocean front" ... It's worth the upgrade!

NOTHING COMPARES TO OCEANFRONT.... JUST GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. It's worth every dollar. The breakfast buffet was also worth the price.
