    I've been waiting in lines for hours. Then i get in another line that does the exact same thing as the last line i was in. Who is in charge here? This set up makes no sense.

    Terminal 1 is not the best place even for right departure, not talking about the connection! Lack of information monitors and seating near the gates.

    Do u have just 40 min for transfer between flight? Do you hope that Etihad staff will meet u at the plane and guide u as Lufthansa does? No they don't.
