Horrible! Waited in line for over an hour to checkin for flight to Boston on Southwest and missed my flight. Now stuck here all day. They were not at all prepared and scrambling for staff

Cell service is terrible in Terminal B but lots of places to charge your electronic devices.

Literally, the WORST baggage claim in the country. Expect to wait an hour or be disappointed.

Do NOT get food from Charlie Chiang's, worst "Chinese food" I think I've ever experienced. Ended up throwing most all of it away.
