I always get the Santa Fe Salad- get it the way it comes, but ask for a side of "tamarind sauce" pour that over the top- it becomes amazing.
Even if you don't feel like high tea, - get a cup of tea and a side of scones- which will be 2 scones, devonshire cream, and strawberry jam. cut the scone in half, load up w/cream and jam!
Best thing is the food stands with taquitos and green sauce over the top- the green sauce is to DIE FOR.
Get the macaroons- they're pricey, but you're in Paris- live it up- my favs? The pistachio, lemon and raspberry.
Great typical NYC deli- has EVERYTHING. Convenient to Central Park and shops uptown. Across the street from the Hyatt or Hilton?
I think this one is better than Magnolia Bakery at Rockefeller Center. Just my personal fav. Get a slice of cake- the hummingbird is out of this world.
Awesome food shop and gourmet sandwiches that will make you say "bellisimo"!!! Not far from Rittenhouse square and by lots of shopping too.
Best gelato outside of Italy hands down. The fruit flavors are amazing, but so is the traditional stracciattella and this time we had burnt brown sugar and it was delish! Who knew!
Traditional Italian pastries- canolis here are the best around- shop is 100 years old.
I think Genos is the best cheese steak in Philly. There are other good ones too- but if you want the experience- this one is it- complete with the east coast "watta ya want!!?" attitude.

Best burgers and fries on the west coast. Miss this too. Nothin' like in-n-out on a nice summer night.....
