We​ use locally pressed cider from New York state grown apples as well as locally grown 2-row barley and locally grown hops to create our fall seasonal. savor this beer and celebrate autumn in new york. this beer pours a perfect reddish/amber color and is slightly hazy. the aroma immediately reminds you of fall from the fresh cinnamon and allspice used. upon the sip, you get more spice, but also a fantastically rich malty base, slightly sweet, with a subtle tangy apple finish. the hops add just enough bitterness to keep this spiced fruit beer very much a beer. this is a perfect beer to bring in the fall season - it’s almost like drinking a candied apple. malt: 2-row, munich, caramel, flaked oats hops: centennial liberty fruits and spices: new york state apples, cinnamon, allspice abv: 6.8% ibu
