Sitting on 600 acres of land, Taliesin (1911) was where many of Wright's acclaimed buildings were designed, including Fallingwater and the Guggenheim Museum. Taliesin means "shining bow" in Welsh.

Where most of the downtown life is at. Tons of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Always a good crowd plus no traffic on the main road to deal with. It's a madison staple!

Can get a little breezy but well worth the trip up to the top. Can see Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota from the bluff. Plenty of railings to grab onto for the faint of heart. Priceless scenic views.
