- The Wall Street JournalMai 5, 2015The Thai Basil Gimlet—with gin, pineapple gum syrup and lime—will undoubtedly provide relief on muggy nights to come. So too will the Grapefruit Sbagliato, Bricolage’s riff on the negroni. En savoir plusA voté pour il y a Il y a 3 semaines
- EaterFévrier 11, 2016With an expanded new menu, this Vietnamese joint in Brooklyn has caught our attention. Try the sizzling and sprout-driven ban xeo crêpes heaped with fresh herbs. En savoir plus

- marcy stoneJuin 10, 2017We had a sea of apps. The ribs, crepe and chicken wings are delicious but you can forgo the pigs ears. The garden is so pretty and serene you'll forget you're in the city.
- Kevork KazanjianJuillet 18, 2016The duck prosciutto is amazing, if it's on the menu def get it. The unshaken beef was also really good. The bartenders know their stuff, they made a mean old fashioned. Overall you will not go wrong.
- EaterAoût 29, 2017The sun-drenched space comes with a menu of chicken wings, papaya salad, pork ribs, and unshaking beef. En savoir plus
- new Vietnamese gastro pub brought to Park Slope by former Slanted Door SF chefs. imperial rolls, wings, Vietnamese crepes all perfection. good beer list to boot.
- Argelys OriachSeptembre 21, 2016Vermicelli and summer rolls were both exceedingly delicious! We also loved their rendition of the banh mi.
- Chelsea RenaudMai 9, 2016One of the better options for slightly elevated food and cocktails, in a nice-but-not-too-nice environment. Best for date night or girls' night, take advantage of the incredible back patio.
- Andrew KnoxOctobre 3, 2020We had a variety of brunch items: the coconut milk french toast and breakfast banh mi were exceptional, as we're the cocktails. The wait staff was also extremely accommodating and friendly.
- The backyard space is beautiful and doesn't require reservations. I recommend the veg summer rolls with addictive peanut sauce and the shrimp clay pot. Large enough portions to share!
- Steve MarcheseMai 21, 2016Incredible service, quality beverages and delicious food. Unshaking steak and shrimp hot pot killed it. Bah Xeo and Duck Prosciutto salad were on point. Recommended for sure.
- Bruna FontevecchiaSeptembre 3, 2015The salads looked incredible but the portions are huge. Id share two starters or get one for myself. They tell you that the starters are small but really they arent. Friendly staff, sit outside!
- Taiowa WanerNovembre 9, 2020Amazing spot for brunch. Get the fried chicken and waffles and the pork belly hash, and a Vietnamese coffee. You will be good to go.
- Matthew HamiltonSeptembre 5, 2017Everything is good! The cocktails, craft beer selection, and every dish we had. Their backyard garden is super quiet and 💯
- Craig AustinSeptembre 3, 2016Had a great time here. Cocktails were all tasty and well made- as were summer rolls. Staff was really efficient and friendly.
- Alinutza VDécembre 8, 2015Was disappointed in the pho. Got used to the amazing Vietnamese flavors for this soup and this restaurant serves something completely different. Other than the pho everything else was great.
- Sam GilJuillet 31, 2018Chicken wings and summer roll peanut sauce my favs. Pig ear solid, imperial roll yum, crepe was bit bland, tomato salad basic. Careful of mosquitos outside.
- Odile RoujolNovembre 11, 2023Brunch on Saturday with the cool Brooklyn vibes . Else try the rouleau de printemps
- Valentin GuerinSeptembre 17, 2016Must try: Beef La Lot and Imperial Roll, and you will order aThai basil gimlet to drink.

- Steve MaloneJuillet 16, 2015Great new restaurant in Park Slope. The shaken beef is a awesome and good local beer selection.
- Chloe NguyenAoût 24, 2015Obnoxiously priced for Vietnamese food, but I must admit that the crispy imperial rolls and banh xeo are worth the $$$.
- Michael MarranziniAoût 24, 2018Thr pork rib and the wings Re to die for! And the cocktails are tops!
- Maybe not the most authentic, but great flavors and very satisfying.
- Sadly this place has run its course. Owners bicker about the business in the open. Pho Bo takes twenty minutes to come out and when it does the broth is tepid and the beef is still cold. Sucks.
- Henry BridgeMai 28, 2015You'll be tempted by the shaken beef, but don't pass up the pork chop -- it's even better!
- Mikahla VicinoJuin 23, 2021The duck with butternut squash puree blew my mind. Best thing I've eaten in years.
- Excellent food and service. Now one of my favorite place in Park Slope.
- LukeOctobre 3, 2015Tries to balance fried and fresh. It doesn't always work, but the flavors are outstanding
- Geoffroy BablonAvril 3, 2015Check out the bathroom, where you can witness the distant creation of the universe while you wash up.

- The unshaking beef, one of my fav steaks in all nyc
- Get the veggie summer roll and French toast.
- Kev SkinnyJuillet 17, 2015Top new restaurant in Brooklyn. Everything cooked to perfection. Sauce game on fleek.Your order: wings, ban xio, summer rolls, unshaken beef, if your not satisfied you do not have respectable taste buds.
- Valentin GuerinJanvier 13, 2017We loved our first visit to Bricolage and were disappointed after our second. Menu has changed, food is just ok, fish wasn't fresh... not sure we will try again
- Sandy CMai 12, 2018We came for brunch. Food was good, but servers were terrible - they didn’t care, and were rude. Please hire better servers- not obnoxious 20-something year olds who give the customers bad attitude.
- Over 2 years, service quality has gone downhill, which makes price point hard to justify.
