Sugar cured NY Strip is the BEST. This steakhouse competes against the best. If not better then them.

The steak tip appetizer is fantastic. Must order!
Won best burger in NH couple years ago and still is. Date night. Burgers and martinis.

Kenta KogaSeptembre 3, 2011I was surprised how tough the dry aged NY strip steak was. I wasn't expecting super tender but at the same time I struggled just to cut it with the knife.
