SWIMMERS: please, if you like to swim breaststroke, use lanes with people using the same stroke. It's a drag to swim freestyle and have someone move into your lane who kicks you in the face.
I only joined to get family membership so my kid could do swim class and various other activities. I can't understand why adults would actually work out here with so many other gym options.
The staff here are very friendly and they will help you with anything, I mean ANYTHING!
Emery is the best. Get him to guide your training and you'll be in great shape soon.
The Java Jolt protein shake in the downstairs cafe is ridiculously good & a great post workout way to get your protein!- Do the roving purple-shirted employees have a purpose, other than flirting with members?
