Pretzel with the mustard trio is amazing, potato pancakes, and sausage platter (wurstfeast) great as well! Knowledgeable and friendly staff happy to answer questions.

The Sauerbraten and the Jagerschnitzel are quite good. The Spaten Optimator double bock on tap is great, and they have Rauchbier in bottles.

Solid German food with some German speaking staff. Jagersnitzel is my favorite.

A sunny afternoon on the patio with a hefeweizen or a good German pils is as close to gemütlichkeit as you will get in Washington.
