#1-Team SK's favorite version of the Empanada AROUND. Hand's DOWN! #2-Pandebono + Bunuelos. SO comforting! Both similar in flavor, but prepared differently (one's baked + one's fried: respectively)

The green sauce (aka "aji") goes well with EVERYTHING: empanadas, pandebonos, entrees. Its their universal sauce. Oh yeah, get some Columbiana soda while you're at it.. So good!

Tell them it's your first time having Columbian food and they will give you good suggestions and even give you a free appetizer!
