    My time at Car Max was exemplary thanks only to PHIL SACHELL and GERRAD CLARK. Clark did everything to provide a great experience and Sachell was professional and earnest. Give these guys a bonus!

    Avoid the Orlando CarMax. I was treated with so much disrespect and the guy accused me of not being able to afford the car. I ended up leaving and buying my car from BMW directly. It was honestly sad.
