- Kate SchafferJanvier 14, 2015Good: updated room, location, pool. Bad: logistics- wrong room type, construction 3ft from room, cab to airport $20/pp & no card reader. All could have been communicated ahead of time, but wasn't.
- Room 77Juillet 12, 2012So you've got your seersuckers out. Now it's time for some Planter's Punch or a Pimm's Cup. Relieve yourself from the summer heat with a drink at the Thoroughbred Club. En savoir plus
- Chris HaakJuillet 26, 2011Wired rather than wireless Internet access in the rooms, but it's the fastest I've ever seen anywhere.
- This is a really nice bathroom I give it 4 stars (but kinda small)
- Ari MagedoffMai 17, 2012Tough to come by a King room at this property. You would think you asked for a room of gold when you check-in.
- Steve BrooksOctobre 8, 2012Better pay extra for king bed or you will get stuck with miniature twin beds. Rude guy checked me in.
- Erin CarriganJuillet 29, 2015This was waiting for us in our room, so cute and great service, however had things stolen by the maids.
- Lana DaiAoût 19, 2012Overrated! Good service but hotel is way too big, looks very dated, could use some updating. Wouldn't expect someone selling jewelry in the lobby, kinda strange for an upscale hotel.
- Service is lacking compared to the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro which is also a Orient Express hotel. Lazy American attitude!
- Do not say you do not stay at the hotel. They will not let you in otherwise.
