Chili Johns was trademarked in 1902, making it one of the oldest trademarks in the registry, even older than Coca Cola. It's also some of the best chili you'll eat in your life.

Soooo delicious. I had the chicken chili bowl with beans and I added cheese and onions! No wonder they're the oldest restaurant in Burbank. I highly recommend eating here, enjoy!

delicious spicy beef and medium chicken chili! cathy is super sweet and the service makes this place top notch! very reminiscent of the diner from the TV show 'twin peaks' !

If u r coming for the first time, try a chilli bowl. Any. They are all awesome. They let you taste em if you ask. Really quick at serving.

This is a must-experience kind of place. This is a diner with counter-only seating. They serve chili, hot dogs, tamales & pie. The end. Go.

They have a selection of hot sauces upon request. Also, the chili can be ordered "dry" for those who want the chili less oily.

I love this inexpensive and unique chili place. I recommend chili on a tamale or hot dog. Go spicy and Add the onions.

Try having chili with rice. Mmmm... Fantastic! It's not on the menu, so you'll have to ask for it.

Opened 1946. Vintage diner with a U-shaped counter serving only chili items. The 2nd location of 1913 Wisconsin restaurant.

Love how they give first-timers. A trial taste of each type of chili. I went for the chicken but they were all good.

Fantastic chili and spaghetti. The tamale, on the other hand, was just okay. A bit mushy.

Fantastic ice box pineapple pie!!! Spicy beef or chicken chilli on bread!!! One of burbank's oldest establishments. Over a 100 years old. A mother/ son team manage it.

You can’t get most old school, nostalgic than this. Vintage lunch counter, chipper staff. Chili lives up to the hype.

Medium chicken chili over spaghetti is incredible. Finish with lemon pie served on a chilled plate to cleanse the palate. Beyond awesome!
