My waitress knew about the chips but we already got them with the 2 for $20 meal.
Used to go here all the time...then they changed the menu a few months back. Haven't been back since. Miss you Chili's!

My waitress and the Manager on duty had no idea about the free chips and salsa for FourSquare users who check in.
A waiter told us that since I ordered 2 for 20, I couldn't redeem the chips..:(
