    I had an excellent birthing experience here. They were wonderful to me, my newborn, my husband and our families and I can't speak highly enough of the whole staff!

    My sister had the best OBGYN team, Dr. Sandra Bellin was so kind & patient, and the nurses here are fantastic. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

    Have to say that typically an ICU is rarely a pleasant place.... BUT, the nursing staff in this ICU are AMAZING!!!! Jeff & Jared are top notch (& hilarious)

    The people behind the desk are rude and you'll be waiting for several hours before you can see a doctor let alone get a room once you're admitted

    I'm glad my fiancé has possible pneumonia or a very bad flu yet still hasnt been seen since 430pm. Probably would have been seen at lake west by now

    Free wireless and can use laptops in the waiting areas. Got sick of the cafeteria food after a few days. Cheap, but not great.

    The people behind the desk are totally unfriendly and unhelpful, sadly. I waited for 45 minutes with nothing more than "take a seat". Not even a please.
