- If your coming to work out. Don't eat fast food right before. Just doesn't make sense. Don't drink soda while your working out ; drink water... It's better for you.
- One more tip. Bench press is not the only movement. Try some dead lifts, squats, and get some blood flowing in your legs.
- Nights and Sundays are a good time to get in with no crowd!
- You shouldn't be on your phone while working out so you shouldn't be reading this!!!!
- You shouldn't be wearing makeup if you're working out.
- Don't come between 5-8 unless you want to have to wait for a machine !!!
- Too bad the Stair Master is ALWAYS broken :(
