This place is so popular they can't keep up with the traffic. We waited 15 minutes or more for our food and my eggs were cold. Coffee was good and strong, but that was it. They were overwhelmed.

What's with the baristas talking suggestively to their coworkers and making them obviously uneasy about it especially in Spanish. The employees should remember that customers actually speak it

The spicy, soy hot chocolate is worth every penny. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg and chocolate on the foam and stir to accent the peppery flavor.

I'm surprised this place is rated so high. Not sure about food, but the coffee here was not even close to the rating. If you are an espresso fan - avoid this place.

They now sell Mexican Coke, in glass bottles. No more High Fructose Corn Syrup.
