Teeny fitness center is always open. Water dispenser and workout towel availability may vary.

Try to get a room away from the elevators. The people getting off the elevators are insanely inconsiderate and the sound penetrates the rooms very easily.

Very lovely hotel, however the rubber snake in the bed trick was pushing it a bit much.

the brand coffee they use on room and in urns downstairs is pretty bad. tastes more like tree bark, when it is strong enough to have any flavor at all.

Wifi is slow, and rooms have no water pressure. However very clean and modern. Convenient to Metro.

rooms are new and modern. service at front desk is incredibly slow. restaurant is understaffed.
