Always wipe the equipment before and after, especially if you ride the stationary bike. There's a woman who constantly blows her nose all over the stationary bikes and fails to wipe it off when done.
Audrey ChouJuin 14, 2015Beautiful interior. Movies show while you enjoy your workout. View on the mezzanine- Completely different vibe from the Union St location, love how dark it is inside. Gets a bit loud when there are classes going on at the bottom level though, which sucks when you're doing yoga class
Love that the treadmills are aaall the way at the top of the "theater" I enjoy running where no one can see me ;)
Ride to the rhythm is my favorite class so far.. Michael is awesome

Renee JonesOctobre 28, 2010Don't go if you want to read 'anything' while on the machines. It's the darkest gym I've ever been to. Left & went to the Union Crunch, which is bright even when weather is bad.
