Darbar has very good Indian good. Be careful when offering takeout, they often forget all the sides, a helpful reminder wouldn't hurt :)

You can get a box to fill up at the buffet and take out for $13, and it comes with naan. Great deal for two people willing to split a box. And there's more than enough food for two people in the box.

Food was great. Chicken Curry, Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken were really good. If you don't like spicy - order mild. Spinach Palak Paneer is fantastic!

Vindaloo ! Lunch buffet ! Hearty north indian standards, but also a south indian ( dosa et al ) subportion of the menu.

If you order the Thali, ask for gulab jamun for dessert instead of the rice pudding--a real treat!

Tried the butter chicken but it wasn't anything great. Chicken saagwala was really good so was the garlic naan.

On weekdays they close at 9:30 sharp. Do not show up at 9pm or later. They'll only offer you take out and will not seat you :(
