This was ONE of Victor Hugo’s homes and it’s a reconstruction with original furniture. Nevertheless, the place has a unique ambiance. Free only when there’s no exhibition.

Excellent bagels. Almost no vegetarian options. Good fries. Fair prices. Staff is nice but messy. Oh, and they have Dr Pepper! If it's sunny, take out and have a picnic at the park!
I liked the decor, the ambiance, the abundance of natural light and the multicultural clientele. Staff is neither rude nor snob. Prices are not so high if you consider where you are.
The place stinks of fried oil, it's almost unbearable. That's too bad because the burgers and fries are very good, the service is nice and the place is cozy. And all of that at a reasonable price.
