If I ever need fish, I know where to go now. The quality and knowledge being thrown around is awesome. Will have to come back here sometime soon.

I love the poached salmon salad w/ dill and tomatoes! It's delicious on tortilla chips, crackers or as a sandwich. Try the blackened tilapia sandwich! The chilean sea bass, salmon and tuna are great!

Can't go wrong with King crab, lobster or shrimp - fresh or frozen. I love coming here for any occasion, especially thanksgiving and christmas.

ASK them for recipes. They'll give you anything you want. Try the recipe for cooking red snapper is a salt crust. SO good. I live Dirk's.
