Pauline MSeptembre 9, 2014The Hotel is ideally located by Westminster. The staff is lovely. The rooms are not spacious, but they are well equipped. The breakfast buffet is tasteful. Free WiFi. Great rooftop terrace & lounge.

Splurge on an Executive Room for free breakfast and access to the Executive Lounge for free drinks and snacks. This also includes room service breakfast! 😄🍳
The Minories pub is less than a 5 minute walk and serves a fantastic full English breakfast for a fraction of the price paid in the hotel.

Located near Tower Hill tube station. iMacs (with wired Internet connection) instead of TVs in rooms. Handy for watching streamed videos.

G ISeptembre 2, 2015Good hotel, not good front office (reception) staff. Making a lot of mistakes with your credit cards!- Premium wifi for 4.50 GBP is really fast if you need the bandwidth. On Speedtest, I got 63.65 Mbps d/l and 42.73 Mbps u/l.
