What isn’t good here?! Great group of knowledgeable butchers. Amazing quality ingredients. If you buy your meat somewhere else you need to try them out.

Had the ceviche today for lunch and took it To Go it was perfect and the shrimp were fabulous. The balance of acid and the creamy avocado worked well. I ledt with a few bacon burgers too!

The Prime Rib is excellent but grab a couple of varieties of sausages as well.

Check the freezer for freshly frozen game, and always ask if they have anything special that just came in, in the back.

Bacon Burgers are 'par excellence' - extremely flavorful, but not greasy. The ground concoction is relatively dry and dense - not like some water-filled ground chuck you might get at the supermarket.

Try the hand made bacon burgers and the baseball sirloin. Amazing!
