This airport is old and my personal opinion is this is not good as an Europe hub for Lufthansa. I think singapore or KLIA Malaysia is much better.

I thoroughly hate transferring through this airport. It is too big, not laid out and a boring place to wait. Food options are limited.

Security lines are incredibly long...over an hour and a half to clear today. No one gets preferential treatment if they are close to flight time or late for a connection.

One of the best airports I've been to. Clean, professional, very well organized, has many seating areas and great shops. Germany has nailed it.

Try avoid any of the C gates. Even fly via MOSCOW to avoid the ballache that is a 2km walk from passport to an overly anal security check. If you can't avoid it then be prepared for frustration!

Too many people using the airport while every service is very slow. This well-known airport is yet to be improved !

Absolutely terrible. Came in on a transfer flight and had to go through the most unorganized security. Staff were rude and told travelers if they had issues, to take it up with the airline instead.

T1 Gate C4 is too small and no facilities. Get coffee etc before, and go to the business lounges first if you want to avoid multiple security checks with long queues.

So.26.10.14, ca. 7:20. Shuttlebussystem zwischen T1 und T2 erstaunlich schlecht organisiert. Haltestellen zu klein, nicht genug Ablagen im Bus, keine Durchsagen, nach hinten durchzugehen.
