    Good place for paninis and grilled sandwiches, thus the name. Lots of vegetarian options if you're into that sort of thing. Also, they have a juice bar, pretty cool.

    Moved to the area about a month ago. DT Redding has some legit local spots and at GB's you find one of the best! The employees and original ambiance/menu put it at the top.

    Delicious and healthy food with a coffee bar...could you ask for much more?! The entire restaurant has a great atmosphere. The outside seating is great!

    The 25¢ to "play" Grilla Golf is totally worth it. Balls sold on the honor system up at the espresso machine.
