Colorado burger (lamb) is pretty amazing! Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

Scott HatchAvril 19, 2010Had the H. Burger. Good, not great. Beef, bacon, tomato, lettuce, cheddar, hatch green chilie. Not sure I cared for the sweet sauce. Hand cut fries, and garic aioli were great.
They know what medium rare is. One of the few places in town that cooks to correct temperature. Cheap tap beers, even though there are only a few. Burgers are ok, nothing too impressive. Good music.
