Ask for the fresh from Tokyo selection. Chefs choice is always an adventure. Some of the freshest fish in the city and an unknown Sunset gem.
Live scallop, tuna tataki, spicy octopus, and their oysters are my favorites. The octopus is like nowhere else in the city.
Anything with shrimp. The shrimp cilantro dumplings are so fresh.
They have a quinoa salad that's good. Only in San Francisco would a diner have this and a great chili fries.
Pancit and sinigang and bistek Tagalog. Sadly they were out of biku the day I was there but the bibinkga was totally decent. I'd go to South City again just to have their food.
