Christopher HallJuin 17, 2021Beware of bait and switch. Was offered an upgrade for only 35/day. Got final bill and found out that the "upgrade" increased my daily rental rate, plus charged me the 35/day. Bill almost doubled.

Bring your own mechanic to check the car before leaving or they will charge you for their crappy rental issues!

Do not use them if not Gold. Having to wait 45 min despite reservation!
- What a joke. Get in at 4:45 AM and 5 people in line with one man working. No one to check you in at your car. 30 minutes to return a car!
No plate pass 5 weeks in a row... have to keep going back to the counter for help...kinda makes gold status useless at this location!

Try not to drop your car off between 3-5. Poor service.
