Karissa SparlingJuin 18, 2013This is an ok hotel. Book on higher floors with a view. Note that wifi is quite intermittent. Amazing veggie burger at lobby level restaurant. Decor could use updating, beds are decent!

Jonny McCormickSeptembre 1, 2016TV stations jump about and lose sound regularly. Walls are paper thin (so I had the pleasure of listening to the person next door cough all night). Not a great Hilton experience.

Martin ReinertMars 31, 2012Super Hotel, zentral gelegen und ein wirklich gigantischer Fitnessraum der auch gleich heute morgen für zwei Stunden beansprucht wurde :-) Jetzt ist wenigsten das lange Sitzen im Flieger kompensiert.
Big hotel with lots of rooms and many amenities. Nice downtown location too. But don't have anything shipped here. They will charge you for receiving your package.

The executive level bathroom is so small you can use the can and take a shower at the same time. Yay - efficiency!!!

Rachel FalgoutDécembre 10, 2014Trader Vic's is located in the hotel which causes the entire hotel to smell like smoked BBQ. I can barely breathe. No wonder the hotel was so cheap. Well you get what you pay for.
- Took forever to check in - told us executive level got breakfast daily but you really get toast - called concierge to get rental car, they said can't help with that - executive bar has no comp. drinks
- Asked if the hotel has a car to take us somewhere they said they can hail a cab. The ritz Carlton up the street took us anywhere we wanted in an escalade when we stayed executive level.
Internet spotty at best. Plates for food in the executive lounge WAY too small. Nice being able to walk to my client via Skybridges.

Went today at 1020 & was told they guess they'd leave it open til 1030 for us - oh how kind
Theresa VeeAvril 28, 2013Less is More Here! No mini fridge for drinks. Prices are sky high not for the rooms, buy for everything else. To park in a parking garage that is incredibly run down its $22. Room SVC sucked!
