Great experience. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast buffet, bar, and evening food options were great. The mgr, Thomas, front desk folks, Jourdan and Roxie, went above & beyond to make our stay great

The staff is so genuinely friendly here and the rooms are comfortable & quiet! The breakfast and dinner is delicious and we felt welcome every time we came in.

The rooms were clean and the hotel had useful amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Free parking is always a bonus.

The staff is really friendly. The hotel is close to SF and has low fares. Free parking or free transportation to airport.

If you're going to stay by the airport, stay here. Very friendly staff, decent rooms and a gym.

Get a sedan from here to the city for $50 at the desk... About the same as a cab!

It's not very easy to get downtown, if you don't have a car. Take shuttle to the airport and then Bart train.

Free Parking!!! It's the only hotel in area that doesn't charge.

They say the shuttle is 10 minutes to the airport. What they fail to mention is that shuttle stops at embassy and double tree before going to the airport....so more like 20 minutes.
