Valet is on 41st (between 7th and 8th), NOT on 42nd street despite the street address.

The bar is not open to people of color. The security guard Polanco is a thug. This hotel is not even suitable as a pet hotel.

Tell the taxi to drop you off at the 41st street entrance instead of 42nd street. It (42nd) isn't as close and is on the opposite side of the street.

Hilton Gold members get either 500 points or free breakfast every day. I'd take the breakfast.

Decent wifi in the hotel. Always works but connection speeds aren't as fast as you may be used to.

Disappointing stay. Charged for wifi front desk told us was free and no AC in our room. 3 terrible nights' sleep.

Poor service, forgetful staff, had to wait for four hours to get my room, and it turned out to have mini bar or safe.
