Ananda Pagoda is estimated to be a monument of the early 12th Century. It is one of the finest, largest, best preserved and most revered of the Bagan Pagodas.

The world's longest teak footbridge is a must see in Myanmar. The great time for visit is just after sun-rise or before sun-set. You can take a boat to admire its beauty, 2,000 Kyats for each person.
Of course you should go so you can see for yourself but this really isn't the highlight of the town. It has been reconstructed following World War II and really has very little to offer :(.
Built in 1211, Htilominlo Temple is known for its elaborate plaster moldings. It was damaged in the 1975 earthquake and was subsequently repaired.

Some of the best food you'll find in Yangon! It's packed with tourists and it's a bit more expensive (about 15$ with drinks and dessert) but you won't regret it! Free wifi though painstakingly slow :)

This is the trendiest bar in Yangon. They infuse their own liquor and make their own fragrant syrup, which makes this place interesting. Service was great and staff was helpful.
