Nikki .Décembre 1, 2013Decent stay, my only issue was that valet is $28 but I somehow ended up paying $42. How in the hell that happen? They don't tell you about all the taxes the add to it. Self parking is $20.
Good Hotel, room very nice, services excellent! very good amenities.

JuanDécembre 3, 2015Worse hotel ever! I booked through rocketmiles based on the stars the hotel was given. Well, the reality is this is a ONE star hotel. The rooms are outdated, they don't follow up on promises.
City View rooms facing the Galleria are nice but make sure you're on a higher floor so you hear less highway noise! Even numbered rooms face downtown (not as much to see though).

They are only a 3.5 Star.- JESS KalinowskySeptembre 16, 2012Their "free" car service is only good for ONE MILE. That is NOT far enough in a big city like Houston. Should be 3-5 miles! Concierge NOT helpful. Front desk NOT helpful. Better the last time.
