More than an airport. It offers free WIFI, free internet service with laptops(by NAVER and Samsung), transfer tours around and transfer hostel in ICN.

Free wifi of course. Many ways to get Seoul; AREX, airport limousine bus and taxi, For us, we preferred bus due to near to our Airbnb apartment.

Good and efficient service by airport staff. There are no more restaurants past the immigration counter, though, only Duty Free shops.

最好的机场之一。如果不幸你是东方航空会员，不要去东航休息室，那是shit，连厕所的冲水系统都没有开，远不如在航站楼里吃喝玩乐。one of the best airports worldwide but avoid China Eastern lounge, which is shit.

Wifi is everywhere & all are free, but if youvare going to move around alot I recommend you rent a wifi moden, it's very fast & unlimited.

Took a free shower, a nap, and used free wifi all day waiting for my connector. I was sad most of the shopping was high end retail. BYO snacks if you're a baller on a budget

Head upstairs in the departure area past immigration to the free Rest and Relax for free reclining chairs in quiet area (good for nap) and free showers.

Nice and clean airport. Almost no "traffic jam" at check in counter, but needs to add more counter at the baggage check.

Easy to leave airport if you have a long layover. Very quick through immigration! Free wifi and very clean as well

For a long layover the sleeping options are great! The food options are lacking. Too many duty free stores that sell all the same things. Maybe turn one of them into a bar.

The free airport wifi here is insanely fast. Faster than the subscription wifi I pay for in China, Thailand, and yes, even the United States.

Напротив выхода в город #6 есть книжный магазин. В нем дают бесплатно симкарты. На айфонома раьотает. На сим карте 5000 вон. Пополнять баланс лучше через приложение eg sim card.

For duty free shopping use the terminal and shops located just after security only. if you depart from the far terminal with gates starting as 100, you will not be able to return after the train!!!

If you have a layover the 4th floor has a rest and relax area. Take a free shower and get something to eat. The Hub Lounge had a 40% discount for Korean Air and Asiana Air transfer passengers.

This airport is considered to be one of the best but duty free closes at 10 pm...how is this possible? What about the passengers like me taking flight at 01:00 am?? This is an issue they must review.

There are some good things that people mentioned but for me i didn't like this airport. Restaurants and food courts close at 9. Airport restaurants mist be open 24/7 this is a bit silly.
