You can't fault it. Great location, rooms, bar, restaurant and outstanding service everywhere.

Shower was gross. Mold on a great deal of the shower walls. Don't they ever clean them? Agree with other reviews: great location, nice views, etc. just expected this level of a hotel to be cleaner.

Valet is $55 for 1 night. Parking lot next to Todd English restaurant is $25 for 24 hours. Another parking lot next to it wanted $54.

the beds are super nice! key cards are a bit tricky though. had to go down a few times coz they weren't working. downside is that internet isn't free and you get charged per device.

No refrigerators in the rooms. You can order one but they charge $30 even if you are an Ambassador with IHG Rewards. Unless you need one to store medication - then it's free.

Very nice hotel, Times Square, great spot. The restaurant is also great, and not very expensive.

This hotel is great for convenience. However the walls are very thin and the house keeping is rude and very obnoxious. Small rooms too.

Not sure about Accor. Ambassador Club is related to IHG Priority Club and has separate membership.

Stay at the Barclay instead - here they don't pay attention to detail (TV, coffee maker not working, missing items in bathroom)

Hotel caro y lujoso, pero si solo ocupa una cama, hay opciones más baratas. El mini bar y el restaurant son caros aunque el desayuno estaba muy bueno. Muy buen servicio, salones de conferencia cómodos

NOT recommended for business travelers. Wireless internet is not free. The rate is $13 to $15 FOR EACH DEVICE! Meaning if you have iPhone, iPad, and a laptop, it's $39 to $45 per 24 hours. Stupid.
