Jay LDécembre 31, 2012Well-maintained but old. No free wireless?? We got through Travelocity's Top Secret Hotel but in retrospect should have gone with Sheraton which has free breakfast and wifi for about same price.
This is a fine hotel in an excellent location near to literally hundreds of restaurants from fast food to haute cuisine. The maid service is first class although the front desk is somewhat undermanned

Great location, bad Internet, smoky rooms, good food, fast elevators, good for a convention.
Nice hotel; but of all the Intercontinentals I have stayed at this one is the worst.

This Hotel chain is always impressive. I stay with them whenever I can.
- This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that does not provide an FM radio!

Attended a Networking Event last nite and the Bar Service was HORRIBLE!
Don't order a manhattan at the bar... Horrid!
