P WelchSeptembre 14, 2014Great hotel , SUPERB service in an awesome downtown location. There's also a bar/ club 900m away from the exit. It's banging on Friday nights. Worth a try if you're into that kinda stuff.

Get the club level if you can, they offer a free breakfast from 7-11, afternoon snacks from 3-5 and dinner food from 6-8 everyday.

M BMars 27, 2014If you are attending a convention or conference, buy the parking pass at the convention center. It is $14 per day and walk indoors to the hotel.
EtiSeptembre 26, 2013Forgot toothbrush or tooth paste ? they will give you one free, delivered to your room. Ask when you check-in. Useful not to bring toothpaste on carry-on because of airport security.
Elizabeth LakeFévrier 7, 2015The reception area is nice but the showers are aweful and the water is hard. The beds are comfy but these are not luxury rooms by far. The bathrooms are aweful.
Fantastic hotel with a great location for all things downtown. If traveling with kids be sure to ask about their kid suites.

Don't eat at the attached hotel restaurant Azure. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance. Even the 3 hotdog carts at Union Station are better.
Starbucks is provided for free in the club's lounge 8th floor...
Nancy BryansJanvier 4, 2012The parking is $40 a day for in and out priveleges when you stay here. Just to park (once) is $20. You better like walking, taking cabs or going by TTC if you stay at this location.
