Very lovely park. A lot of water around to cool down in summer and just great to chill and read a book.

This is one of few parks in Berlin that feels like is a proper park and not just a lawn for beer drinking. It's enjoyable and relaxing. Head north of the park to find nice shops and cozy cafés.
Very crowded, but worth it. Get a vegan Zwei Dicke Bären ice cream sandwich, vegan Brazilian tapioca bun w/ soy mince, vegetarian Taiwanese tofu bao (vegan w/o sriracha mayo) or a vegan burger
Housed in the former Danish embassy, this retreat embraces a homey feel. Cozy up in one of the library nooks or peer out onto the zoo’s ostriches and gazelles while enjoying breakfast downstairs.
Perfect location to relax. Long line after 6pm. If you don't wanna pay the 3 euros, you can sit on the right in the entrance area, next to the little bar where they serve great cocktail creations!
The restaurant and bar are great places to meet. The restaurant has an amazing value for money lunch menu! And try the homemade lemonaid served in a pottery jaw.
Best Pizza in this area. Nice atmosphere, sometimes very crowded. Very good vegetarian options, too. Try the buffalo mozzarella!
Really nice open air restaurants with corresponding pricing for an outside premium restaurants located in a good relaxing area. Very tasty food and wine.
One of the best coffee shops in Berlin. Very friendly staff, changing selection of coffees and a big El Bocho mural to complete the beautiful interior
Loooooooove this place. Great coffee. I like the Colombian beans. Spicy and sweet. The staff are helpful and great too.
You must try the Shiso Burger, because Tuna is simply delicious on a burger. And then you go for the Chili Lemon...
Delicious coffee and good pastries. Be patient as the coffee is prepared with lots of love. Mostly English speaking staff.
Wonderful Vietnamese food with a French flair. Be sure to try the specials, or just try the phở with beef. Reservations are a good idea, especially weekends…
