The concrete and astroturf is perfect, no muddy mess when it's wet. Plenty of obstacles to play on and it's central location on the Riverwalk is super convenient. Weekends see plenty of happy dogs.

White sands and not as many tourists as Clearwater beach. Use the small beach access roads farther down, not the main boardwalk.
