We took the recipe for our German Schwarzbier and kettle soured it slightly. During fermentation we added a bunch of Blackberries. The sugar in the fruit made this beer ferment further which increased the alcohol and melded the flavors together

This is a traditional German Dark Lager. Our Munchner version of the style is a rich chestnut colored malty lager. Hints of biscuit aroma and bready taste are balanced with subtle hop flavor from our Noble hop additions

Ned Flanders Saison 9% Abv / 17 Ibu

A blend of Bier d' Garde and Oud Bruin. Oud Bruin is a strong Flanders style saison, dark brown, tart with very little hop bitterness that we slightly kettle soured. Bier d' Garde is a rich saison, aged longer than others ales, that has an elevated malt character that we aged for 4 months in bourbon oak casks. Imperial Altbier 7.2% Abv / 35 Ibu

Inspired by our regular Alt, we just wanted to juice it up a bit. We slow fermented this beer, cold, using our North German Ale yeast to give it a smooth, clean mouthfeel. We used copious amounts of German and Belgian specialty malts to give this beer its red hue and imperial flavor

Edgewater Oktoberfest 5.2% Abv / 25 Ibu

A smooth amber lager based on German Marzen style recipes. Oktoberfest has a deep Golden color with a smooth maltiness and low hop flavor. Initial bitterness balances the big malty profile

Barrel Aged Brown 7% Abv / 35.8 Ibu

The base beer for the cherry barrel brown ale, we simply did not put cherries in 4 bourbon barrels but, we aged those barrels for 14 months which increased the oak and bourbon flavors, dryness of the beer was increased while the malty backbone remains

Black Currant Brown Ale 7.5% Abv / 35 Ibu

Brewer's blend of three beers blended with black currant puree that has induced a secondary fermentation and helped unify the three different beers. We used our barrel aged brown ale blended with our Vertical drop robust red ale, then added some imperial Alt to enhance maltiness. Black currant undertones are joined by oak and malt on the palate. Color is dark ruby red

Gose 4.7% Abv / 10 Ibu

This classic German beer which originated in the town of Goslar is distinguished by a mild saline character, refreshing sour flavor, and effervescent finish. With very little hop presence, the subdued coriander aroma flows through highlighting the bright and tart orange and lime profile

This Belgian Style saison is moderately malty with low hop character, and rich copper color. Biere de Garde ales are aged longer to give them a smooth flavor

Double Ipa 8% Abv / 100 Ibu

A stronger version of our Broke Oar IPA. More malt and more hops make this beer a dark amber with a noticeable hop presence

Esb 5% Abv / 30 Ibu

Our ESB is a traditional English style ale. It has a light copper color and a subtle fruity taste from our English malts and English yeast strain. Hop bitterness is low to medium yet some floral hop aroma comes through. This is a full bodied English Ale
