This just may be the single best place in the State. Stop and get beers on the way. Curry Chicken salad is fantastic, lobster rolls are great & BYOB! Right next to the CT River, in a boat yard.
Try and secure a table out on the dock, the view is great! You can bring your own alcohol as well, so come prepared :)
This is the best lobster roll I've had yet in Conn. Picnic tables right by the inlet and great sun. Sometimes a train rolls by too
Ignore other comments. Food was great! Service was great! Sit out back. Waitstaff will bring food out for you. The lobster bisque was very good.

The child portion of clam dinner is as big as adult - and cheaper. I always order the children's version.

Great views of the water at this casual outdoor spot. Get the same great views as eating at latitude 41 for 1/2 the price! Has ice cream stand right across from it for dessert. Crab cakes were good

Not really a seafood-only clam shack but in summer you can get lob rolls, right by the river, in your kayak if you want.
